WARRANTIES

Door warranties vary by model but Pickerington/Lancaster Overhead Garage Door warrants all parts and labor for one year from the date of installation.

ESTIMATES

We provide free estimates on all new door installations or replacements. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date it is given.

SECURITY

Our entire credit/debit charge process is encrypted using secure socket layers (SSL) and 128-bit encryption. In addition to using SSL encryption to protect sensitive information, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off line. All our users' information is restricted in our offices. All employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices.

PRIVACY

We do not collect any personally identifying information about you from this site unless you choose to send it to us. Any and all information you provide to us is kept with strict confidence. We respect your privacy and will not sell or provide your personal information to anyone.

CHARGEBACKS & RETURN CHECKS

A return check fee of $40.00 is applicable, and a fraudulent charge-back fee of $75.00 is applicable. Customers are required to contact us with any billing, service or installations issues so we can make things right for you before any chargeback disputes are initiated.
